About Me

Agile strategist & Atlassian specialist

I spent nearly two decades in software development, taking on a range of roles as my career evolved. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build software and put it in the hands of the people who use it.

Over time I realized that many of the challenges teams faced had little to do with the code itself. Unclear priorities, disconnected planning, inefficient workflows, and systems that did not support the way people worked often had just as much impact.

That led me into Agile coaching, where my focus expanded from building software to helping organizations think more intentionally about how work gets done. Today I bring both sides together by combining Agile practices with the technology that supports them. I still build software, which keeps my perspective practical and connected to the realities of creating products people can use.

My approach is grounded in collaboration, small experiments, and technology that simplifies the work rather than adding unnecessary complexity.

Where I’ve Worked

My work has taken me across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Different cultures and industries brought different challenges, but one lesson kept appearing: meaningful change happens when strategy, ways of working, and technology support one another.
