Helping people work better together. Using technology to make life easier.
Where I focus
- Enterprise Agile coaching
- Jira and Atlassian suite implementation
I’m Manny De La Rosa. I’ve spent my career building software and helping organizations around the world improve how they work. From designing complex systems to guiding large-scale Agile adoption, these days, I help organizations improve clarity, alignment, and predictability so they can deliver value with confidence.

How I think
These are a few lessons I’ve learned from coaching teams, building products, and staying curious about better ways of working.
-
People support what they help create.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that change is rarely about process or technology. It’s about ownership. When people have a voice in shaping solutions, resistance turns into collaboration, and progress happens naturally.
-
I trust experiments more than opinions.
I’ve seen too many debates end the moment a small experiment provides real feedback. Whether I’m helping a team improve the way they work or building a new product, I’d rather test an idea quickly than spend months trying to predict the outcome.
-
Complexity usually accumulates. Simplicity requires intention.
Most organizations don’t choose to become complex. It happens one decision at a time. Through coaching, I help teams create clarity around priorities, make work more visible, and challenge assumptions so they can simplify the way they work and focus on what matters most.
-
Technology should give people more leverage, not more work.
I’ve spent years implementing tools and building products, and I’ve learned that the best technology becomes an extension of human capability. Today, I see AI in the same way: not as a replacement for people, but as a force multiplier for creativity, problem-solving, and execution.
-
Ideas become real when they’re built.
An idea only reveals its strengths and weaknesses once it meets reality. That’s why I enjoy creating products, experimenting with new technologies, and turning concepts into something people can actually use. Building transforms possibilities into learning, and learning into better ideas.
What I do
-
Agile strategy and coaching
I help teams and leaders improve how work flows through their organizations. My focus is on creating clarity, building sustainable ways of working, and enabling teams to adapt without adding unnecessary complexity.
-
Platform implementation and optimization
Technology should support people, not force people to adapt to technology. I configure and optimize the platforms that enable delivery so they reflect the way teams actually work. While I work across multiple tools, I specialize in Jira and the broader Atlassian ecosystem, helping organizations get more value from the platforms they already use.
-
Portfolio visibility and governance
I help organizations create visibility across teams, programs, and portfolios so leaders can make better decisions, align investments with business priorities, and understand how value flows through the organization.
-
Building digital products
I enjoy turning ideas into products that solve real problems. From mobile apps to AI-powered solutions, I use technology as a way to experiment, learn, and create experiences that make people’s lives a little easier.

Most of my career happened here, across organizations of every size and industry. It’s where I built software, led teams, guided large-scale transformations, and learned that lasting improvement comes from aligning people, processes, and the systems that support their work.
